This project is the culmination of several years of work with the trio of Alex Ayala, Joel Mateo and myself, so in essence it’s an artistic statement meant to represent that music. However I feel that the compositions here have opened a new dimension that should open doors for radio and performance for the group. There are also several guest musicians worth mentioning.
