This is an instrumental version of a piece I wrote with original lyrics. The lyrics relate to my experience battling the tides of schizoaffective bipolar disorder over the years. They express the inner conflict between my desire for the tides of my life to rise (increased vitality, productivity, and happiness) and my fear of the potential repercussions of mania and psychosis, which can sabotage these positive states.

This album captivated me quickly. The listener can hear the high energy of New York through their instrumentation and I love It!
